CTI traces its roots back to 1995 as AltiGen’s fifth dealer of record. With an ownership and management philosophy change in early 2004, CTI President Rich Browne launched a new era in CTI’s history, quickly transforming it into a leader in the rapidly emerging market for IP telephony. CTI thrived in the decade that followed, first as a major dealer of AltiGen IP products and services in the Colorado and Mountain States region, and later as a rapidly growing resource to small and medium sized businesses throughout the U.S.
In 2011, the company again reorganized its leadership structure with the addition of Rick Morrison, a longtime industry veteran and entrepreneur, as CTI's Managing Partner. Morrison, who is based in Dallas, Texas, now shares overall management responsibilities with Browne and is focused primarily on Marketing and Sales.
Beginning as a small company that in 2004 focused mainly on telecommunications equipment sales, CTI has now grown into a premier provider of IT and VoIP infrastructure. Our expert techs provide consulting services to our customers who want to maximize their return on investment in IT and telecommunications infrastructure. CTI provides everything from workstation/desktop setup, network evaluation and maintenance, security assessment and implementation as well as VoIP hardware sales, hosted services, data and phone circuit services, implementation, training and support.
