Richard Browne
President
Rich oversees all aspects of CTI's operations including sales, service, technical support, training, operations and finance. He is closely involved in all customer projects and ongoing relationships, and prides himself on being easily accessible at all times. Rich has a strong background both technically and in business. He has an engineering degree from Carnegie-Mellon University, has 25 years of business experience and has owned his own business for 15 years.

Karen Browne
Customer Service Manager
Karen is responsible for all aspects of customer relationships including support, training and finance. She has twenty years experience in software support, customer relations, accounting and finance. She holds an Accounting degree from the University of Denver, and passed the CPA exam. Karen has computer, support and training experience in the securities, medical and computer industries.

Jim Cruz
Technical Support Manager - Senior AltiGen Trainer
Jim has been with CTI for over four and a half years and oversees all facets of the Technical Support Department, including, Support Trouble Tickets, Troubleshooting, System Upgrades, new product testing, product evaluation and 24/7/365 customer support. In addition to being an AltiGen Certified Engineer, Jim has an extensive management background including 14 years of Retail Management, 7 years as a VP-Facilities Operations Manager and six years as a Facilities Operations Consultant. Jim is a member of IFMA and is MS Project certified as a Project Manager. Jim has a Marketing Degree and is an accomplished jazz and rock musician, playing with several bands throughout the Colorado Front range. He is a single dad with two adult children, ages 25 and 24, and an avid sports fan.

Chad Pohja
Account Representative
Chad is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships using his product knowledge and industry experience. Chad graduated from University of Northern Colorado with a bachelors of science in Business Administration and has experience in account management and telephony infrastructure management. Chad lives in Greeley, Colorado where he enjoys snow skiing, camping, and spending time in the outdoors.

Brent Taylor
Network Administrator
As IT/VoIP Engineer, Brent oversees support for network and VoIP hardware and software applications. He manages CTI’s internal computer systems and network administration along with evaluating new product offerings. Brent is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer + Internet (MCSE+I) and A+ Certified technician. He has expertise in both computer hardware and software. He has been working in the IT industry since 1995. In his personal as well as his professional life he enjoys working with anything network, computer, or electronic related.

Micah Ray Chartier
Support and Sales Assistant
Micah Chartier joined our team in March and will be assisting in both the sales and support departments. Micah assists Chad and Jim by answering technical support questions or helping with Account Management. Micah was born and raised here in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado. He spent five years in the Navy and is the father of three girls with his wife of nine years. He also enjoys cooking, micro-brewed beer, and playing board games.
