The Program: For more than a decade, CTI’s customers have been our company’s biggest advocates. From the very beginning, our growth has mostly come through word of mouth recommendations and referrals from our most loyal customers. In an effort to reward you for that loyalty, we are excited to announce a new referral program.
How it Works: Any person or entity that recommends an eligible customer (see eligibility criteria below) who signs up with CTI for any telephone system hardware purchase, or who subscribes to a CTI partner’s hosted service, will qualify for the following reimbursements in cash or CTI account credit:
- Refer an account requiring 1-10 extensions, get $100 in cash or CTI account credit
- Refer an account requiring 10-25 extensions, get $250
- Refer an account requiring 25-50 extensions, get $1,000
- Refer an account requiring 50+ extensions, get $2,500
Who is an Eligible Customer? Referrals must become new CTI customers by June 30, 2014 to take advantage of the program, and must not have been a CTI customer at any time in the past. You will receive your reward after your referral has been an active customer in good standing for three months.
Effective Date: The CTI Customer Referral Program is effective immediately through June 30, 2014.
Referral Verification: Once a referral is submitted, CTI will review the submission to ensure that it is qualified for the program and meets our guidelines. No referrals will be accepted without verification prior to close of transaction. In order to comply with IRS regulations, we will also request a completed W-9 form so that we can properly compensate you for the referral.
Important Notes: CTI reserves the right to change or discontinue any terms described herein without prior notice. CTI retains sole discretion and authority to interpret all aspects of the referral program including, but not limited to, criteria, eligibility, amount and/or frequency of payments and whether such payments will be made. Only one reward will be made per customer referral.
